Questions we actually get

Is the trial really free? Do you need my card?
30-day free trial, no credit card required to start. Set a reminder in Settings if you want to cancel before the trial period ends. You'll also receive an email reminder before any charge.
Does my data leave my phone?
By default, no. Night Shift is offline-first — everything you log lives in your phone's local storage. There is no account to create, no server that receives your earnings data. The only data that passes through our systems is your subscription status, handled by our payment processor.
What's the difference between Standard and Premium?
Standard gets you the full app — goal jars, shift tracking, safety check-in, CSV export, and earnings reports. Premium adds unlimited income verification PDFs: print proof of income for landlords, lenders, and tax prep anytime, at no extra charge. Standard users can still generate one-off certificates for $1 each.
What if my work doesn't fit "Rideshare" or "Restaurants"?
Pick "Other service-industry pros" — the default room covers dancers, salon workers, contractors, delivery, and anyone else who works for themselves. Your jars, safety timer, and verification all work the same way regardless of vertical.

Can I cancel anytime?
